Dear Patients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. While many things have changed since we last saw you, we remain committed to your safety.

 

We are reopening our dental office Monday May 18, 2020. The thorough and rigorous cleaning, sterilization and disinfection of all instruments and surfaces are routine and second nature to us, as they are throughout dentistry. Those precautions make dental offices a highly uncommon source of disease transmission.

 

You’ll notice some changes in advance of your next appointment.

 

1. We will be including a link to your confirmation email and text prior to your arrival to screen you for any symptoms of Covid-19. Please complete this.
2. Please wear a mask to your appointment.
3. We will ask you to wash your hands upon entering our office.
4. Your temperature will be taken and we will screen you in person for symptoms prior to your appointment.
5. We are only allowing the patient into the building during appointments, with the exception of parents with minor children or legal guardians.

 

While these steps may seem inconvenient, they are necessary to make sure we are doing everything we can to protect all of our patients and our team. In addition, at this time we would like to ask that all scheduling of appointments, account question or payments be handled over the phone.

 

The safety of our dental team is very important to us and we have changed some of our personal protective equipment to follow the CDC and OSHA guidelines.

 

We look forward to seeing you again and are very happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
